Dr. Sierra Thom, Optometrist

Dr. Thom earned her Bachelor of Science in Physiology and Pharmacology from the University of Saskatchewan in Saskatoon, followed by her Doctor of Optometry from the University of Waterloo’s School of Optometry and Vision Science.  She began her career in Kenora, Ontario, and soon expanded her practice to include remote communities such as Fort Hope, Fort Severn, Wunnumin Lake, and Pikangikum.  Through this work, she developed a strong passion for improving access to eye care in remote regions.

Dr. Thom strives to create a comfortable, welcoming environment where patients feel heard and supported. She values building lasting relationships and is committed to helping each person feel confident in their vision and overall eye health.
